Active Listening Skills

The aim of this CPD accredited workshop is to equip all health and social care professionals with in-depth listening skills to use in their working environment. This workshop provides 3 hours of CPD (Continuing Professional Development)

  • Develop a deeper grasp and understanding of listening skills for working with patients & families
  • Improve their overall communication skills
  • Increase their confidence in their personal working skills
  • Enhance their ability to hold difficult conversations and attend to emotions

CPD Accredited

All self-study must be completed within 7 days of the programme start date.

This programme is designed for all qualified health and social care professionals who have regular contact with palliative care patients.

Please note that this course provides 3 hours of CPD (Continuing Professional Development)

  • 14th May 2025 - 9.30am - 12.30pm
  • 17th July 2025 - 1.30pm - 4.30pm
  • 11th November 2025 - 1.30pm - 4.30pm
  • 24th February 2026 - 1.30pm - 4.30pm
