During the Covid-19 pandemic, we provided a palliative care toolkit to act as a resource for community professionals. This was very well received and as a result, we have now created a revised toolkit for common issues related to care in life limiting illness.

Some of the treatments suggested are licensed medications being used for unlicensed indications. This information is provided in good faith based on the current available evidence, but the responsibility ultimately lies with the prescriber.
