The Board of Trustees

Our Board of Trustees (Council of Management) is the governing body of The Kirkwood. There are trustee committees dealing with Governance, Finance & Human Resources, Fundraising Strategy and other specific referrals from the Board. The Kirkwood Executive Team

Responsibility for the day-to-day management, operational delivery of services, implementation of strategic plans and decisions approved by the Board of Trustees is delegated by the Board of Trustees to the Executive Team.

The Executive Team are:

• Lynne Hall-Bentley -  Director of Clinical Services
• Dr Stephen Oxberry - Medical Director
• Penny Wade - Director of Finance and Resources
