Understanding Ourselves: Personal & Professional Development

This 1-day CPD accredited workshop, has been designed to equip health & social care professionals with a greater understanding of how they behave and relate to others, in order to maximise their coping skills both personally and professionally.

By the end of the session, participants will:

• Recognise how we intuitively jump to conclusions and why
• Develop skills and awareness to have positive interactions with others
• Become aware of valuable assets within ourselves
• Link models and theories to grief and lived experiences
• Understand how early experiences can influence thoughts and feelings
