  • Become aware of valuable assets within ourselves.

All sessions will be held in-person at The Kirkwood, 21 Albany Road, Dalton, Huddersfield, HD5 9UY.

Understanding ourselves in the pressured work we do is important to ensure we do not ‘burn-out’. Using a mixture of self-reflective exercises; scenarios, small discussion groups and importantly humour, we aim to create a safe space to enable reflection to help participants look at creative ways to help them develop safe, reflective practice in their work and coping strategies in their personal lives.
