Terms & Conditions: The Kirkwood Loyalty Card Scheme

General

• The Kirkwood Loyalty Card scheme and associated benefits are operated by: The Kirkwood, 21 Albany Road, Dalton, Huddersfield, HD5 9UY. Registered Charity No. 512987.
• The Kirkwood reserves the right to cancel, withdraw, or alter the Loyalty Card scheme at any time, including these Terms & Conditions or any individual loyalty card account.
• The Kirkwood Loyalty Cards remain the property of The Kirkwood at all times.
• The Kirkwood Loyalty Card scheme is only valid in The Kirkwood's retail stores. It is not valid for online purchases.
• The Kirkwood Loyalty Card scheme is for personal use only; business use is prohibited.
• The Kirkwood will remove The Kirkwood Loyalty Card points from registered accounts if: they have not been used for 2 years or the individual's account has been closed.
• To register for The Kirkwood Loyalty Card scheme, you must be aged 16 years or over.

Collecting The Kirkwood Loyalty Card Points

• The standard number of points you will collect are 1 loyalty point for every £1 you spend on qualifying purchases; however, the number of points collected can vary and exclusions apply.
• One point is worth one penny to spend on products in store. We will not exchange The Kirkwood Loyalty points for cash and the offer is non-transferable.
• Points are not available on the following items:
  • The Kirkwood Lottery payments, Superdraw tickets or any other Lottery product or raffle associated with The Kirkwood
  • New goods
  • Delivery charge
• Points cannot be spent on the following items:
  • The Kirkwood Lottery payments, Superdraw tickets or any other Lottery product or raffle associated with The Kirkwood
  • New goods
  • Delivery charge
• If you return a product for a refund, we will deduct the number of points collected from your Loyalty card.
• If you return a product bought with The Kirkwood Loyalty points for a refund, we will credit your account with the equivalent number of points. No cash refund will be given in these circumstances.

Data Protection

We will only use your personal data on relevant lawful grounds as permitted by the EU General Data Protection Regulations (which came into force on 25 May 2018). We will be open and honest about how we use the personal information you provide and, where appropriate, will contact you using your preferred contact method.

We may use your personal data to help us manage your loyalty account, help us raise funds or achieve our charitable aims. How we communicate with you will depend on our relationship with you and how you interact with our services.
