Coronavirus (COVID-19) update: Guidance on taking part in Kirkwood events and campaigns

This guidance applies to all our fundraising events and campaigns, along with individual fundraising activities.

On Wednesday 9th September, the UK Government announced new changes to current restrictions to help control the spread of the virus. As the new restrictions have taken effect, as of Monday 14th September, we wanted to share an update on how these may affect your fundraising.

The unswerving support we have received from our local community since the outbreak of the coronavirus has been incredible, and we know a lot of our supporters have plans for future fundraising activities that may now be affected by the new restrictions.

The safety and wellbeing of our supporters and event participants is paramount. If you are taking part in an independent fundraiser or one of our events, including Cuppa for Kirkwood or the Virtual Memory Walk, please make sure you continue to follow the most current Government guidelines and rules.
