If you would like to attend a session which is being held at a GP Surgery you are not a patients of, you may still be able to book on.

You can check below whether your GP Surgery is part of the Primary Care Networks which is holding a session and if so, you can book to attend. For example, any wellbeing sessions held at Colne Valley Group Practice in Slaithwaite are open to patients at any of The Valleys Health and Social Care Network GP Practices.
