Jurassic Coast Trek
Our newest challenge will take you on an exhilarating adventure along England’s only natural World Heritage Site, the Jurassic Coast!
Take on the Jurassic Coast for The Kirkwood, and you'll embark on a challenging two-day trek that will test your endurance. The journey begins at Peveril Point, where you'll start your walk toward the stunning Kimmeridge Beach. You'll have a chance to explore ancient rocks and search for fossils before continuing on your trek.
On the second day, the challenge continues as you tackle the famous South West Coast Path. As you walk, you'll be rewarded with incredible views of Worbarrow Bay and the world-famous Lulworth Cove. The final push leads you to the iconic Durdle Door, a breathtaking limestone arch that marks the end of your epic adventure. - Join us for a weekend adventure to remember!

The Kirkwood was founded by a group of local people who believed that everyone deserved the very best care and support as they approached the end of their lives, creating a hospice for Kirklees. The Kirkwood movement is mad. e up of amazing local people, united behind one common purpose – to ensure the people of Kirklees have access to the very best end of life care. To help us deliver this, we rely on the support of local people who believe in the difference The Kirkwood makes for anyone affected by life-limiting illnesses.
