Kirkwood Hospice set to top off record-breaking 30th Year with Christmas Ball
Kirkwood Hospice is set to top off its 30th year with a glittering Christmas Extravaganza party attended by over 200 people.
The Kirkwood 30th Extravaganza is just one of many in a series of celebrations throughout 2017.
Taking place at The Woodman Inn on Friday 8th December, the night promises to be a luxurious celebration of the Hospice's momentous occasion.

Other events so far this year have included Sarah, The Duchess of York, unveiling a special plaque to commemorate the Anniversary back in June.
Within the same month, Kirkwood held its Sunshine & Serenity Festival — a week-long event at the University of Huddersfield, aiming to challenge common misconceptions about hospire care in an original and fun way.
It’s also been a record-breaking year for three of the Hospice’s regular fundraisers, including the Midnight Memory Walk, Colour Rush and Trail Run events.
Attendees of the Kirkwood Extravaganza will be served a drinks reception, followed by a four-course gourmet meal, an auction, an array of entertainment and a DJ.
Kirkwood Hospice is now calling for local people and businesses to support the event by taking up sponsorship packages and offering auction lots.
Prizes so far include the ‘Chef’s Table Experience’ at The Woodman Inn for 16 people and a night’s stay at 45 Park Lane in London.
The dedicated SS Components and Trustee, John Philpott, will be supporting the night along with event hosts, The Woodman Inn.

Kate Leadbeater, Business Partnership Development Manager at Kirkwood Hospice said: “We wanted to do something truly special to mark three decades.
"We’ve held lots of amazing events throughout our 30th year, and this one will be another real celebration just before Christmas, where people can let their hair down and thoroughly enjoy themselves.
“We’ve got a few surprises up our sleeves too — we can’t wait to see our guests’ faces!”
