An update from our Volunteer Gardeners

After many months of ongoing restrictions, we were delighted to welcome back our Volunteer Gardeners over the summer. Here our volunteer, Linda Roberts, shares a special update about what the team have been getting up to and what they have planned for the next few months.

Our dedicated team of volunteer gardeners work incredibly hard all year round to ensure our gardens are always a picturesque special place for our patients and their families.

The team are always developing new areas in the garden to make way for new life and we cannot thank them enough for everything they do!

The outbreak of the coronavirus earlier this year and the ongoing restrictions across the country meant our volunteers were unable to donate their time for many months this year. We were delighted to welcome back the team over the summer as restrictions were relaxed and they got straight to work getting the garden back in shape from the moment they returned.

Volunteer Gardener, Linda Roberts, shares an update about what has been happening in the gardens over the last few months, what the team have been up to since they returned and their plans for the next few months.
