Debs Hirst brings over two decades of expertise in Learning and Development, having worked with a diverse range of organisations across both public and private sectors, locally and nationally.

She is passionate about developing leaders of the future drawing on her experience as a coach and mentor to help individuals unlock their potential and develop authentic leadership qualities.

As a Learning and Development consultant, Debs works closely with organisations to understand their unique challenges, people, and objectives and designs tailored development programmes to address those needs. Using creative ways of learning to meet the needs of everyone in the room.

Debs is dedicated to empowering individuals and teams, helping them identify their strengths, build resilience, and acquire practical tools to overcome obstacles and challenges. Her work is grounded in a strong belief in the resilience of others and the remarkable capacity people have to succeed, even in the face of adversity.
