Ryan Judson

Director of Fundraising & Marketing

Ryan joined The Kirkwood as Director of Fundraising & Marketing in February 2025.

Ryan studied History at Lancaster University, before going on to work for Lloyds Banking Group following his graduation. However, after Ryan’s Mum was supported by a Hospice prior to her passing, Ryan chose to pursue a career in fundraising.

Since making this change, Ryan has worked across a range of roles and income streams for several charities, including Sue Ryder, Young Lives vs Cancer and RNIB, before becoming Head of Fundraising at Racing Welfare. After four years with the charity, Ryan has now joined The Kirkwood as Director of Fundraising and Marketing.

In his spare time, Ryan enjoys spending time with his young family and their pet labradors, and is also a keen cricketer.
