Northern Lights Trek - Iceland
Join us in the land of fire and ice for volcanic landscapes, hot springs and adventure! - You may even be dazzled by the spectacular Northern Lights.

Your challenge will begin by trekking to the shores of Lake Þingvallavatn; Iceland's largest natural lake. We then hike to the Vörðuskeggi Mountain Pass, where you will have a chance to explore the impressive Geothermal Valley - full of hot springs, bubbling mud pools and colourful minerals.
The trek will be challenging; hiking across snow covered landscapes and conquering mountain passes, with a chance of witnessing the dancing lights of the Aurora Borealis that we're confident will keep you motivated! Your trek and achievements will conclude with a celebration in the bright lights of Reykjavik!

The Kirkwood was founded by a group of local people who believed that everyone deserved the very best care and support as they approached the end of their lives, creating a hospice for Kirklees. The Kirkwood movement is mad. e up of amazing local people, united behind one common purpose – to ensure the people of Kirklees have access to the very best end of life care. To help us deliver this, we rely on the support of local people who believe in the difference The Kirkwood makes for anyone affected by life-limiting illnesses.
