The Kirkwood Memory Walk

Bring your friends and family together to walk under starlit skies at The Kirkwood Memory Walk this Summer! Create new memories with friends and family as you walk 6 or 10 miles to raise money for patients and families right here in Kirklees.

The Kirkwood Memory Walk is back on Saturday 22nd June 2024 and we want you to be part of it. This year’s event, kindly supported by Syngenta, is set to be bigger and better than ever, with amazing entertainment and loads of activities for the family to enjoy as the clock ticks down to 10pm!
 

 

The Kirkwood Memory Walk is a circular route, starting and ending at John Smiths Stadium – you can decide on the night whether you would like to walk 6 or 10 miles. Whoever you're walking for this Summer, we can't wait for you to join us at The Kirkwood Memory Walk!

Standard Prices.

• Adults: £10 
• Children: £10
• Group Ticket: £7.50pp for groups of 10 people or more
• Dogs: FREE

We will begin posting your Walker Packs directly to you in March. If you sign up after March, you will receive your walker pack approximately two weeks after your sign-up is received. 

Please note: If you have registered as part of a group, your group leader (the person who completed the order) will receive all walker packs for that group. These will arrive as a bundled package to your group leader's address at no additional cost, however, there will be a one-off postage fee of £2 per group. Your packs include information about the event, a t-shirt and a walker’s number. There is no option to collect your walker pack in person.

Once you’ve signed up, don’t forget to set up your JustGiving page so you can start raising sponsorship straight away. You can generate sponsorship online by visiting our Just Giving page HERE and clicking the ‘start fundraising’ button. You can also download a sponsor form to print out and home. Every pound you raise will help families in your local community to access the care they need, when and where they need it, every step of the way.
