Patient Experience Volunteer

Job Description:

Patients, Families and Carers are the focus of everything we do here on the In-Patient Unit and our focus is to provide the best quality of care to all.

It is therefore important that we capture the opinions, thoughts and experiences of those individuals accessing our services. As a Patient Experience volunteer, you will assist service users and visitors to complete questionnaires and surveys.
