Buyer’s Administrative Assistant
We have an exciting vacancy for a Buyer’s Admin Assistant to join our busy Retail Trading Team.
In addition to providing general admin support to the Trading Team, the role will require a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, in order to maintain the accuracy of our stock systems. You will be experienced in working with spreadsheets and databases, and although not essential, knowledge of EPOS systems would also be an advantage.
An excellent communicator, the Buyer’s Admin Assistant will be comfortable liaising with a wide range of people from external suppliers to staff in our network of 18 shops within Kirklees. In addition, you will co-ordinate our mail order Christmas card campaign, and be responsible for issuing correspondence on all Trading activities to our shops.
This diverse role will also provide experience of coordinating our dedicated volunteers and assisting with their training. As an organisation which strives for quality and excellence, you will also be encouraged to suggest quality improvement changes to the Buyer.
