The Great North Run
The Great North Run is the countries biggest half marathon, with over 55,000 people running 13.1 miles together. Whether you are an experienced runner looking to beat your Personal Best, or wanting to step up to the challenge for The Kirkwood, you'll definitely love this event!
After an amazing response to our Great North Run campaign in 2019, with all 15 places snapped up and over £8,000 raised for The Kirkwood, we secured another 15 places for the 2020 Simplyhealth Great North Run. Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the 2020 race was postponed until Sunday 12th September 2021. We already have some amazing supporters raring to go for this year's event, but if you'd like to take part too, please get in touch.
